Although still being in a very early stage of development you can try to dig through the OpenCards manual (pdf viewer required).
If you should have general problems with OpenOffice, please try to find an answer in the OpenOffice help manual (press F1 when OpenOffice is open). Additionally you could dig into the more extensive online documentation. In both you can find detailed informations about slide design, presentation configuration, embedding of sounds, slide animations, OpenOffice in general and much more.

Although we work really hard in order to make OpenCards as stable as possible, we can not avoid bugs. Therefore, if you've found bug, please consider to create a new bug tracker issue . If you're not sure whether the bug you've found is really a bug, please first discuss the issue with us and other OpenCards users within our forum.
If you're a developer and have already implemented patch for an OpenCards-related problem, please support our project by submitting it. We'll try to integrate such patches as soon as possible (mostly already within the next release).
